Jacquie Gribens (1966-2019), a beloved figure in our community, joined the Lifehouse Board of Directors in 2014 before stepping into the role of Board Chair in 2018. She began volunteering for Lifehouse in 2009 and remained actively involved in Lifehouse activities. Her role as Board Chair was very important to Jacquie and she was a unifying force for the Lifehouse Board. She was enthusiastic about Lifehouse purchasing a permanent home and rallied the Board behind the cause. Jacquie was a great friend to Lifehouse and to many in our community. Ed and Lisa Coyne are an influential part of the Lifehouse legacy. Ed’s brother-in-law, Hayes Wilsey, was supported by Lifehouse since 1995, until his passing in the summer of 2023. Ed’s late wife, Jane, was a prominent advocate for Lifehouse and chaired the Lifehouse Board of Directors.
Ed served on the Wine Committee for Great Chefs & Wineries for many years and graciously hosted many donor events at his beautiful home. Every year Ed sponsors a table at Great Chefs & Wineries, bringing supportive guests to the event and helping to further the impact that Lifehouse has in the community.
In 2019 Ed, a developer and consultant, helped manage the HOME FOR LIFE project. His savvy expertise and generous spirit helped guide us through the process of providing Lifehouse with a permanent home.
