Please Provide TWO menu selections You will receive a confirmation of your final menu item as selected by our Culinary Host, Heidi Insalata Krahling. 

Once you receive conformation of your menu Item Please fill out the TFE form no later than January 18, 2027. This is required by the Public Health Commission.
