A donation of a case of wine to be poured for our guests during the event.
Service at your table from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We encourage you to have your winemaker or owner represent your winery.
Signage and decoration for your table, including your mailing list sign up forms and any other promo materials. You will be provided with a table and tablecloth.
Set up and pack up are the event participants’ responsibilities. Set up includes transporting your cases of wine and personal supplies into the residence from your vehicle, laying out your decorations and materials and preparing to pour. When you arrive, your table will have a tablecloth, ice for chilling and boxes of stemware in place. Pack up includes packing up your decorations and personal supplies and transporting them to your vehicle.
Professional attire appropriate for a business casual wine tasting event.
