Wine Selection Form 

Due: March 9, 2026
Note: Any wine being shipped must arrive by April 2, 2026

Each participating winery will provide two (2) cases of wine, which will be featured in the following ways:

Wine & Dine Room

• One case will be poured by your staff for guests in the Wine & Dine room.

• Ice will be available at your station.

• At 7:30 PM, a volunteer will collect any remaining bottles to be included in the evening entertainment service on the lawn.

Ballroom

• One case will be served by wine stewards in the Ballroom during the live entertainment program.
